All prices are stated in British pounds (£ GBP). UK VAT will be charged on all orders. Lunabuloona reserves the right to change product prices and information without prior notice. 

All product are subject to availability. If a product is temporary out of stock, please keep checking the website. Any orders placed that contain items that are temporary out of stock or are a discontinued product line will be communicated via email. 

Lunabuloona uses Stripe to process payments. This secure merchant is independant and will never disclose your payment details to us. 

The information and data displayed on the website is to the best of our knowledge accurate at the time of publication. There may be a slight variation in appearance and colours of the actual products due to the production process, the lighting in which they are were photographed or your device’s screen settings. 

Lunabuloona aims to dispatch all orders placed with them within 24 hours of ordering. Sometimes due to unforseen circumstances deliveries may take a little longer.. If you have not received your Lunabuloona delivery within 7 working days, please contact us on hello@lunabuloona.com

We really hope you love your Lunabuloona products. If you are not entirely happy please do notify us on hello@lunabuloona.com. You must return unwanted products for a refund within 7 working days from the day you received the products. The products must be returned “as new” in a saleable condition. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and , in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-email that you were entitled to a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of return postage. This provision does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. 

Every Lunabuloona product is thoroughly checked before it’s dispatched but if, in the unlikely event, you do receive faulty products please contact Lunabuloona on hello@lunabuloona.com within 48 hours of receiving your products. We will then post replacement items to you.
